Terms and Conditions — 123 Reg Pakistan Gaming Platform

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear. Understanding these definitions will make the rest of this document easier to follow.

• "123 reg" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to 123reg.ws and its operators, including all products, services, games, and tools available through the website and any associated mobile application.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any service provided by 123 reg.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on 123 reg, through which all platform activity is conducted.
• "Balance" — the PKR amount held in a player's 123 reg account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any awarded winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" — credits issued by 123 reg as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to additional wagering conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must bet before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money" — Pakistani rupees deposited by the player from their own personal funds through an accepted payment method.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the sole currency in which all 123 reg transactions are denominated.

To use any real-money feature on 123 reg — including placing bets, playing casino games, or participating in Ludo tournaments — you must first create a registered account. Registration is free and open to individuals meeting the eligibility requirements below.

To be eligible to register on 123 reg, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be physically located in Pakistan at the time of registration and play; (c) provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process; (d) not already hold another active account on 123 reg; and (e) not be a person who has previously been self-excluded or had their account closed by 123 reg.

During registration, you will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and a method of payment verification. 123 reg may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any point — this is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedure, not a personal reflection on any individual player. Common documents requested include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a recent bank or mobile wallet statement. Accounts where verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 123 reg login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share these with anyone, including family members or friends. 123 reg will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until such time as you notify 123 reg of a suspected breach and we confirm the notification has been received. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team at support@123reg.ws immediately and change your password without delay.

123 reg uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended. We are not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain appropriate security practices for their own login credentials.

123 reg accepts deposits exclusively via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 200 for bank IBFT transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 123 reg, though individual payment providers may have their own daily transaction limits. Deposits process in real time for mobile wallet methods and within a few hours for bank transfers under normal circumstances.

123 reg does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and not reimbursed by 123 reg.

Withdrawals on 123 reg are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit set by 123 reg, though daily processing limits may apply during high-volume periods.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PKT are processed on the next business day. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes of processing. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day to appear in your bank account depending on your bank's processing times.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). This is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated unless your information changes. 123 reg reserves the right to request additional verification for unusually large withdrawal requests. Verified accounts will never face unnecessary withdrawal delays for routine amounts.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements for the specific bonus received. Real money deposits that have not been wagered can generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification. If you are unsure whether your current balance consists of real money or bonus funds, check the balance breakdown in your 123 reg account dashboard or contact support.

123 reg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, tournament prizes, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are optional — accepting a bonus means accepting its associated terms.

Each individual promotion on 123 reg carries its own terms published at the time of the offer. Common conditions that apply across most promotions include:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms — for example, "20x wagering" means the bonus amount must be bet twenty times in total.
• Game weighting: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward a wagering requirement. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, slots 100%, sports bets 100%. Check individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated free bets have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are removed from your account at expiry.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Some promotions cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This limit, where it applies, is stated in the specific promotion terms.

All bets placed on 123 reg are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after the confirmation screen has been shown and accepted. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming, including the stake amount, selection, and odds displayed.

Odds on 123 reg are updated continuously in real time for in-play events. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — not the odds that may have been displayed a moment earlier if there was a slight delay on your device. If your device is showing outdated odds, your bet will be accepted at the current odds at the time of server receipt and confirmation.

123 reg reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error — for example, an obviously incorrect line or odds resulting from a data feed failure. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to your balance. We will not void bets simply because a selection has won — only genuine pricing errors qualify for voiding.

Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply on a per-market basis and are displayed within the betting interface. Maximum liability per event is set at Rs 10,00,000 (Rs 10 lakh) for standard accounts. VIP accounts may have higher limits arranged through their account manager. Bets in excess of these limits may be partially accepted at the discretion of 123 reg's trading team.

All casino games available on 123 reg — including live dealer games, slots, table games, crash games, and Ludo — are governed both by these general Terms and Conditions and by the specific rules of each individual game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating specifically to that game's mechanics.

RNG (random number generator) games on 123 reg use certified random outcomes that are recorded and can be audited by players after each session using the provably fair tools available in-account. Live casino games are delivered by third-party certified studios — Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Live, and others — whose dealing procedures and game outcomes are subject to their own certification and auditing regimes.

Technical malfunctions in any game — whether in an RNG title or a live stream — render the affected round void and the stake is returned. Where a malfunction occurs mid-session and it is not possible to determine which rounds were affected, 123 reg's technical team will conduct a review and apply the most equitable resolution to the player's balance. Decisions made following a malfunction investigation are final.

For Ludo game modes specifically, if a player's internet connection drops mid-game, the auto-move system activates. Players who intentionally disconnect to avoid a losing position are considered to have forfeited the game. 123 reg monitors disconnect patterns and accounts showing consistent suspicious disconnect behaviour in paid Ludo games may have their Ludo access restricted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 123 reg and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, with the possibility of permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or maintaining more than one account on 123 reg under any combination of personal details
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities — these must be reported to support@123reg.ws, not exploited
• Collusion with other players in live games, tournaments, or Ludo matches, including sharing card information or coordinating strategies to harm other legitimate players
• Money laundering or using 123 reg for any transaction connected to illegal funds — all suspicious transactions are reported to relevant Pakistani financial authorities as required under AML obligations
• Match-fixing or any activity designed to influence the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your location or bypass geographic or account restrictions
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf

123 reg is committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We offer the following tools, accessible at any time from your account dashboard, to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much can be deposited. Once set, these cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Session duration alerts: Receive a notification when you have been playing continuously for 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
• Reality checks: In-game pop-ups that display your net profit or loss for the current session at specified intervals.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account from 24 hours up to 30 days. The account cannot be reactivated during this period regardless of any request.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account from gaming activity for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion can be set to apply to the full platform or to specific product categories (casino only, sports only, etc.).

All content on the 123 reg platform — including but not limited to the website design, interface layout, graphics, logos, text, game assets, software, and the 123 reg brand name — is the property of 123 reg or its licensed third-party content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without explicit written permission from 123 reg.

Game content delivered through third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to 123 reg for delivery to players. Players may not record, stream, redistribute, or commercially exploit any live game content accessed through 123 reg without the explicit permission of both 123 reg and the relevant game provider.

123 reg provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and do not accept liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 123 reg's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

123 reg is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or speculative losses; (b) losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms and Conditions; (c) decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game results that were subsequently found to contain errors; or (d) losses resulting from an account being accessed using valid credentials, whether by the player or an unauthorised third party.

You may request closure of your 123 reg account at any time by contacting support@123reg.ws. Upon voluntary closure, your real-money balance (minus any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within 5 business days.

123 reg reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the account holder has provided false registration information; (c) the account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity; or (d) the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Closed accounts — whether closed voluntarily or by 123 reg — cannot be reopened. A new registration may be permitted at 123 reg's sole discretion in the case of voluntary closures, subject to fresh verification, but is never permitted for accounts closed due to breach of these Terms.

123 reg may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, we will notify you by email to the address registered on your account and display a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections to factual errors, or changes to reflect new product features — we will update the Terms and change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should stop using 123 reg and request account closure before the amendment's effective date. We will return your real-money balance in full in such circumstances.
